Custom Gold Coins

Pricing is tied to the gold spot price plus design and manufacturing. Typical all-inclusive prices (design, minting, finishing, premium packaging, certificate, insured shipping; VAT extra) start at:

• 1/4 oz — 1,500 € + VAT
• 1/2 oz — 2,700 € + VAT
• 1 oz — 5,100 € + VAT

Repeat strikes with the same approved design are more economical. Complexity (relief depth, proof/matte finish, edge treatment, numbering) and quantity also influence the final unit price. Every project is unique - feel free to contact us for more information.

• EU B2B (you provide a valid EU VAT number): invoiced at 0% VAT as an intra-Community supply; the buyer accounts for VAT in their country (reverse charge).
• EU B2C (private customers in another EU country) - Estonian VAT (24%) applies.
• Non-EU exports: 0% VAT with standard proof of export (we handle the documentation).

Note on “investment gold”: VAT exemption generally applies only to legal-tender investment coins on the EU’s annual list (or qualifying bars). Custom/non-legal-tender pieces usually do not qualify.

1. Brief: Fill in our request form with the design idea and quantity.
2. We agree on pricing and terms.
3. Design: Our artist prepares a coin layout;
4. Review: You receive visuals for approval; we revise as needed.
5. Minting & finishing: We produce your gold or silver coins and complete hand-finishing, packaging, and certification.
6. Lead time: typically 4–6 weeks from design approval, depending on complexity and volume. Rush options available.
7. Supplying your own design: Absolutely—send vector (AI/EPS/PDF) or high-resolution raster files; we’ll adapt them for minting.

A fine coin deserves a presentation that matches its significance. We treat packaging as part of the artwork, not an afterthought.

• Protective display: Each coin is delivered in an archival capsule and fitted presentation box that protects the finish and keeps the piece display-ready.
• Certificate of Authenticity: Every coin is accompanied by a signed COA detailing metal, fineness (e.g., Au 999.9), weight, diameter, finish, edge, mintage, serial number, and the assay and maker’s marks. A verification QR can be added on request.
• Hallmarks: Pieces are marked with the official assay (purity) mark and maker’s mark, confirming authenticity and compliance.
• Sustainable, brandable packaging: In collaboration with KIUD Technologies LLC (Estonia), we offer elegantly minimalist, eco-friendly packaging options that can be personalized with your logo and message.
